Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline, e.g. HR Management, Information Technology, etc
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience with at least 2 years in management role
  • HR experience, including solid HR technology experience working in HR systems transformation, design and implementation. preferably with Peoplesoft, SAP Success Factor, WorkdayBroad knowledge of HR business processes (e.g., employee record management, promotion and benefits, leave management, payroll management)
  • Strong knowledge of the following disciplines: Project Delivery Life Cycle, Change Management, Vendor Management, Service Transition and Cutover planningExperience on agile project delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skillsEffective negotiation skills and excellent influence and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work independently and under pressure, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, adaptability to change, and good analytical/numerical skills for budget and cost management
